Job Introduction

Landmarc is seeking a qualified Electrician to help maintain and improve facilities across the Defence Training Estate.

You'll carry out electrical installations, inspections, testing, repairs and maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant and operational.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, work across a unique and varied estate, and build your career through ongoing training and development while directly supporting the UK's Armed Forces.

Role Details

  • Salary: £38,600.58 - £43,232.64 (DOE)
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (37 hrs/week)
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30
  • On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks (overtime or TOIL applicable)
  • Base Location: Lydd Camp, Kent
  • Travel: Across the South East, including Hythe, Cheriton and Crowborough
  • Benefits: Company van, fuel card + Landmarc full benefits package

What You'll Do

  • Electrical installation, maintenance and repairs
  • Inspection and testing of electrical systems
  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Fault finding and problem solving
  • Health & Safety compliance and risk assessments
  • Complete job documentation using digital systems
  • Work with customers, contractors and site teams
  • Travel between sites as required
  • Participate in an on-call rota when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience in electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work
  • Full UK Driving Licence
