Electrician | Field Based London Sites (Braintree Office as required) | Full Time | £35,000–£45,000 per annum

Our client provides world-leading energy and engineering support to clients across the UK, helping them significantly reduce energy intensity. With nearly two decades of experience supporting the UK's largest REITs, they now offer their expertise across a range of commercial and industrial sectors.

They are seeking a skilled and fully qualified Electrician to join their growing engineering team.

The Role

This is a field-based role, with the company's office located close to Braintree. Work will primarily take place at client sites across Central London (predominantly Zone 1), with occasional travel across the UK depending on project requirements.

Working alongside a close-knit team of engineers, this is a hands-on position that offers far more than traditional electrical installation work. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your technical expertise, take on new challenges across a variety of engineering disciplines, and play a key role as the company continues to expand its self-delivery model.

This role would suit someone who enjoys varied project work, takes pride in delivering high-quality installations, and is a collaborative team player who is keen to mentor others and continue developing their own skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
