Role Overview
We are seeking an Electrician to join our fit-out team based in West Bromwich (B70 0TX).
Key Responsibilities
As an Electrician, you will undertake skilled installation, refurbishment, and fit-out tasks in buildings. Key duties include:
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant working environment—aligned with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Completing refurbishment, fit-out, and installation activities following technical specifications, SOPs, RAMS, and company standards, ensuring high quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Applying trade skills and experience to complete tasks independently, troubleshooting where possible, and escalating issues as required.
- Meeting agreed project deadlines while ensuring cost-effective delivery and project completion.
- Collaborating with colleagues across trades, supporting activities outside your expertise when qualified or experienced.

Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:45 – 15:30
Remuneration
Hourly rate: £16.56 with the potential to earn an additional £4.73 merit increase, overtime, and testing-related pay.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- Hands-on trade experience with recognised qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Technical training and supervised practical experience within site work, refurbishment, and fit-out environments.
- A strong understanding of safety protocols, including SOPs, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Proven ability to apply trade skills independently—delivering safe, efficient, and consistent quality work.
Note: Permanent position with and potential for advancement.
