Location: Lancashire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
The Role
This position is suited to a highly experienced electrical professional with a strong background in commercial and industrial environments. The successful candidate will undertake the installation, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding of electrical systems, including large electrical panels and generators.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete effective repairs.
- Work safely with large electrical panels, generators, and associated equipment.
- Carry out electrical inspection and testing.
- Complete the required certification and job documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 and current electrical regulations.
- Identify potential safety, compliance, and operational issues.
- Maintain a professional standard of workmanship across every site.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and site teams.

Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 10 years' electrical experience within commercial and industrial environments.
- Significant experience installing, maintaining, and fault-finding electrical systems.
- Significant experience working with large electrical panels and generators.
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification.
- BS 7671 18th Edition Amendment 2.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety and current industry regulations.
- A professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience.
- 24 days' annual leave, excluding bank holidays.
- Increased annual leave following three full years of service.

- Company sick pay comprising six weeks' full pay followed by six weeks' half pay. The first three days of any sickness absence are paid at Statutory Sick Pay.
