We are looking for a skilled and reliable Site Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, testing, inspection, and fault-finding work across site projects.

You will work as part of a professional site team, ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while complying with current electrical regulations and site health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and fault finding.
  • Install and maintain electrical systems, equipment, lighting, power supplies, and associated components.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Carry out testing and inspection of electrical installations.
  • Identify and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current electrical regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
  • Complete job sheets, inspection records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Work closely with site managers, engineers, contractors, and other trades.
  • Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
  • Follow all company and site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
  • Proven experience working as an electrician on construction or commercial sites.
  • Good knowledge of electrical installations, testing, and fault finding.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
  • ECS/CSCS or relevant site card preferred.
  • 18th Edition qualification required.
  • Inspection & Testing qualification would be an advantage.
