Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in London, United Kingdom. We are also looking for electricians in the Home Counties region. The Electrician will carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on commercial, industrial, and development projects, including power distribution, lighting, data cabling, and fire alarm systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Installing and testing circuits and equipment
- Diagnosing faults
- Performing corrective and preventative maintenance
The role involves working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to deliver safe, compliant work in line with industry standards and company procedures. The Electrician will be expected to follow all health and safety requirements, maintain accurate records of work completed, and support commissioning and handover activities.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electricity and practical electrical work, including safe working practices
- Maintenance and repair skills for electrical systems and equipment, including routine servicing
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- A foundation in electrical engineering principles relevant to commercial and industrial installations
- Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeships in electrical installation (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are beneficial
- Ability to read technical drawings, work to deadlines, collaborate in a team, and communicate clearly with site stakeholders
