Role Description
The Electrician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Birmingham. The Electrician will carry out electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs in commercial and industrial environments, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with relevant regulations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical faults, performing routine maintenance, testing and inspecting systems, and documenting work carried out. The role also involves collaborating with other trades on multi-disciplinary projects, communicating clearly with colleagues and clients, and responding to urgent call-outs when required. The Electrician is expected to maintain a high standard of workmanship and contribute to a positive, professional site environment.

Qualifications
- Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) and relevant certifications such as 18th Edition and 2391 - Gold Card Essential
- IPAF & PASMA Preferred
- Proven experience as an electrician in commercial or industrial settings, with familiarity in working alongside construction and groundworks teams.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices, including PPE use, risk assessment, and adherence to site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, good communication skills, reliability, and a valid UK driving license for travel to various sites.
