Position: Electrician / Electrician Supervisor

Location: England, UK

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

As an Electrician / Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a wide range of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks for commercial and residential properties. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant codes and safety regulations.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to identify and address potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to a team of electricians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

  • Proven experience as an Electrician or Electrician Supervisor.
  • Valid ECS Gold Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices (Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
