Your new company
We are currently recruiting 2 experienced Advanced Electricians to join a leading housing and property maintenance organisation on an initial 12-week contract, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working across a large geographical area from Harrogate through to Derby, the workload will be split between the successful candidates. The role involves carrying out installation, maintenance, testing, inspection and repair work within domestic and commercial properties.
Your new role
- Electrical installation, maintenance and repair work
- Fixed wire testing and inspection up to 230V
- Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues
- Completing electrical certification and compliance paperwork
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current regulations
- Working independently while meeting performance targets
- Maintaining excellent Health & Safety standards
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Participating in the out-of-hours callout rota

What you'll need to succeed
- IET EAS recognised electrical qualification (e.g. C&G 2365)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- C&G 2391-52 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, testing and certification
- Experience working within domestic and/or commercial properties
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Basic DBS Check (required)
