About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team at our Specialist Plant facility in Wellingborough. Working within a busy operational environment, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking to join a well-established team and contribute to the efficient delivery of specialist plant and equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations and company procedures.
- Complete relevant documentation and maintenance records.
- Support equipment testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Work collaboratively with operational and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.

Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Electrician in an industrial, plant, manufacturing, construction, or similar environment.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (preferred).
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
