A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is recruiting Electricians in Greater Manchester to join an established Hard FM team.

You'll play an important role in maintaining essential electrical systems, completing planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring a safe and reliable environment for staff, visitors and building users.
The Role
As The Electrician, You'll
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and electrical installations.
- Diagnose and repair faults across electrical plant, equipment and building services.
- Maintain electrical power, lighting, distribution equipment and emergency lighting systems.
- Work on critical electrical infrastructure including UPS, generators and standby systems.
- Complete small works, testing, certification and commissioning where required.
- Carry out statutory inspections and testing, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors and wider FM teams.
- Follow safe systems of work, permits and relevant Health & Safety procedures.
- Participate in the on-call rota and support emergency maintenance when required.

You
To be successful in the role of Electrician, you'll bring:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- AM2 qualification.
- Previous experience within an electrical maintenance environment.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- A good understanding of electrical safety and compliance.
- The ability to prioritise planned and reactive workloads with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach.

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
