Astute’s Power Team is partnering with a growing ICP within the EV infrastructure industry to recruit an Electrician covering London and the surrounding areas.
The Electrician role comes with a salary of up to £45,000 basic, bonus, pension, and other benefits.

Responsibilities and duties of the Electrician role
Reporting To The Operations Manager You Will
- Install EV charging stations in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments.
- Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations, and manufacturer installation guides to ensure compliant, high-quality installations.
- Liaise with the EV Qualified Supervisor and provide updates relating to ongoing installation work.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and ensure safe working practices at all times.
- Work to site-specific Programmes of Work.
- Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates using the NICEIC online portal on a tablet device.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and any remedial actions.
- Prepare and submit reports on work performed, including issues encountered and resolutions applied.

Professional Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or Approved Apprenticeship
- 1-3 Years of Commercial/Industrial Experience
- C&G BS7671: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving License
- JIB/CSCS Gold Card

- Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical installations
