Electrician
Electrician required for a housing provider covering the Dudley and Halesowen area.
Van, fuel card, and excellent benefits provided.
Duties will include:
- To complete works in relation to repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works in accordance with trade qualifications.
- Your role will require you to execute all elements of the trade and to hold a level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th edition, and 2391 inspection and test qualifications and experience.

The trade operative is responsible for the coordination of materials and plant to maximize the effectiveness of building maintenance work undertaken. The work will involve all aspects of the repair process from the initial receipt of a general works order to satisfactory completion of works on site.
