Role Overview

You will be part of a close-knit team that is responsible for ensuring all of our customers are onboarded efficiently and accurately. The goal is to get customers live as effortlessly as possible and to set them up correctly from the beginning, aiding a smooth transition to their change of supply and the beginning of their customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Work with industry processes and be adept at problem-solving and building relationships.
  • Ensure all work is performed with the highest levels of accuracy and all required forms of due diligence are upheld.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver against targets and deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • An acute eye for detail.
