Drive Global Film Delivery. Elevate the Cinema Experience.

Join MPS as Electronic Delivery Support to assist the Electronic Delivery Lead and Distribution team in supporting all areas of electronic sends, providing 1st and 2nd line support to the exhibitors and distributors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitoring the MPS distribution platform and providing 2nd line support to internal teams and exhibition customers alike, for any sites presenting issues such as being offline, internal content transfer issues, etc.
  • Provide management and support for our exhibition customers during live broadcasts. Work with partners to support new AV equipment for our joint customers.
  • Supporting Asset Management team with efficient management of electronic content deliveries to ensure a “no black screen” policy and efficient delivery of film content.
  • Monitoring Electronic Content Delivery hardware (Filmvault/LANsat) ensuring that any faults are dealt with within the SLA. Maintain a minimum of 95% online hardware SLA.

What You’ll Bring:

  • An understanding of Digital Cinema Initiative (DCI) standards
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Good level of attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting potential issues

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience working with ISP’s
  • Experience working with IT systems such as Linux and Putty
  • Experience working within the film/digital cinema industry
  • Experience working within a technical, customer-facing team
