Job Title: Electronic Design Manager
Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 basic + bonus + benefits
Employment Type: Permanent

The Role - Electronic Design Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established electronic OEM company and manage their existing team of four Electronic Engineers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of four experienced Electronics Engineers.
- Managing multiple development projects, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are achieved.
- Strong background in designing a broad range of electronic circuits.
- Working across analogue and digital electronic design.
- Providing technical leadership throughout the full product development lifecycle processes and design methodologies.

Requirements:
We're looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer with both strong technical capability and proven leadership experience.
You'll Have:
- Proven experience leading or managing an electronics engineering team.
- A broad background in electronic hardware design.
- Experience across analogue and digital circuit design.
- Experience managing engineering projects and coordinating multiple workstreams.
