The Role

The eConnectivity Sales will play a key role in driving the commercial development and digital distribution strategy of Investment Solutions within BBVA Global Markets.

The role combines client engagement, business development, electronic distribution, data-driven commercial analysis and digital product ownership. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and will actively identify opportunities to increase client activity, electronic penetration and adoption of BBVA's digital Investment Solutions capabilities.

Working closely with Sales, Trading, Structuring, Client Coverage, Technology and other teams, the role will act as a bridge between client needs and BBVA's digital capabilities, ensuring that our electronic offering evolves in line with commercial opportunities and client expectations.

Operating within Global Markets, the eConnectivity Sales team leads the digital distribution Sales for Investment and Structured Products. We bridge the gap between Sales and Technology to build, scale, and commercialise electronic trading solutions (such as multi-dealer platforms and APIs). Our focus is on leveraging data intelligence and digital innovation to deliver a seamless client experience and drive business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
