Scope
Support the administration, scheduling and compliance of electronic security maintenance contracts.
Maintain CAFM records, coordinate PPMs, process purchase orders and support invoicing.
Liaise with engineers, managers, clients and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
Knowledge
- Electronic security administration and compliance requirements.
- EWC policies, procedures and ISO systems.
- CAFM systems (JobLogic).
- Purchase order and invoice processes.
- Health & Safety legislation and guidance.
Essential
- 2+ years' administration experience in a relevant industry.
- Experience using CAFM/job management systems.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience coordinating engineers or service teams.
Desirable
- NSI or similar security compliance knowledge.
- Knowledge of SFG20.

Duties
Contract Administration & Scheduling
- Maintain service contracts, schedules and job records within JobLogic.
- Coordinate engineer and subcontractor activities.
- Monitor job progress and escalate issues.
- Maintain asset registers and maintenance schedules.
Commercial, Procurement & Invoicing
- Process purchase orders and support procurement activities.
- Assist with quotations, invoicing and WIP reporting.
- Support performance and compliance reporting.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain compliance records and service documentation.
- Support audits, training records and accreditation requirements.
- Assist with permits, RAMS and certification administration.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a key contact for clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide job updates and manage enquiries.
- Support the wider team as required.
