Position Title: Electronic Technician
Department: Technical Operations
Work Address: Mobi Hub International Limited - Unit 1, Freehold Industrial Centre, Amberley Way, Hounslow, London, TW4 6BX, United Kingdom.
Weekly Working Hours: 37.5
Role Summary:
The Electronic Technicians at Mobi Hub play a critical role within our operation by overseeing the refurbishment, repair, and testing processes of various mobile devices. This position is designed for a skilled individual who possesses thorough technical knowledge and the ability to perform quality repairs that meet both our internal standards and customer expectations.
This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest tools, gain hands-on experience working with Apple products, and learn advanced mobile phone repair techniques from our experienced technicians. You will be part of a supportive team that will happily share ideas and knowledge; our current team is highly skilled and willing to teach deeper knowledge in mobile phone repairing, helping you improve your skills and grow in the field. Primary Responsibilities:
Device Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to assess mobile devices.
- Methodically troubleshoot issues, identifying both hardware and software problems that occur within mobile devices.
Repair and Refurbishment:
- Execute repairs on damaged mobile phones, which may include replacing screens, batteries, and internal components.
- Perform refurbishment tasks, ensuring that all devices are aesthetically renewed, functionally repaired, and up to Mobi Hub’s standards for resale.

Testing and Quality Control:
- Conduct comprehensive testing on all repaired devices to ensure they are functioning optimally.
- Implement quality control measures, working with the team to develop and refine testing protocols.
Team Support and Training:
- Collaborate with other technicians to share knowledge and improve repair processes.
- Assist in training new technicians, ensuring that all team members uphold Mobi Hub’s quality assurance standards.
