Electronic Technician – PCBs & Wiring Harnesses | Swindon | UAV/Defence Technology
Location - Swindon
Salary - £40,000

The Role
We're looking for an Electronic Technician to manufacture and test PCBs and wiring harnesses with precision and quality, ensuring correct assembly of electronic components and contributing to the delivery of reliable, high-performance electronic solutions.

What You'll Bring
- PCB and/or harness assembly experience — essential
- Professional/Higher Technical qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics or related field (preferred)
- IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters)
- Ability to read and interpret PCB drawings and schematics (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Strong team spirit and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment
- High level of responsibility, organisation, and task-planning skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
