What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the R&D team by designing analogue and digital circuitry for our audio products.
- Develop, build, and test prototypes.
- Create block diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Design to meet cost and functional targets.
- Support EMC and safety requirements, including pre-compliance testing where necessary.
- Contribute to research into new technology and new opportunities.
- Assist in work required to support and maintain existing products.
- Work collaboratively with the R&D team to communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectively.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation of design work and outcomes.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone eager to grow with us and make a tangible contribution to our R&D delivery. You enjoy solving practical engineering challenges and translating requirements into working designs. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, taking pride in the quality and detail of your work and supporting the team to progress from design through testing and production readiness.
As a passionate problem solver, you bring good attention to detail and a structured approach to engineering. You care about building reliable products that resonate with musicians and music lovers.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- BSc/BEng (or higher) in electronics.
- 3+ years’ experience in an electronics design role (preferably in an audio-related role).
- Schematic capture and PCB layout experience using Altium Designer.
- Proficiency in both analogue and digital circuit design.
- Experience with embedded systems including both hardware and firmware development.
- Experience in testing, fault finding, and verification/validation of requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to documentation.
