We are currently working closely with a leading robotics company within Cambridge who are looking to add an Electronics Engineer to the team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working. International travel may be required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership for prototype development and testing.
- Collaborate with internal mechanical and software engineering teams current and new designs are integrated correctly for manufacturing purposes.
- Lead on debugging any issues at PCB and system level and document any findings.
- Work with manufacturing partners to maintain designs which can be reliably tested and repeated.
- Lead on the design of PCB systems and guide the PCB layout processes.

The Successful candidate will have:
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
- 5+ years experience within PCB and electronics/electrical environments.
- Experience with robot operating systems and control systems.
- Knowledge and of embedded systems and FPGAs.
- Exceptional communicational and organisational skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management at multiple levels.
- Experience with power supply design.
