Electronics Engineer

I'm working with an innovative technology company looking for an Electronics Engineer to join a collaborative team developing advanced technology solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and wants to be involved in bringing ideas from concept through to working prototypes. You'll contribute to a range of projects across the electronics development lifecycle — from design and prototyping through to testing, documentation and delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the design and development of electronic hardware systems
  • Creating and reviewing schematics and supporting PCB design activities (Altium experience desirable)
  • Building, testing and debugging prototype electronics
  • Supporting board bring-up, validation and fault finding
  • Working with communication protocols including SPI, I2C, Ethernet and Modbus
  • Collaborating with software, embedded and mechanical engineers to develop integrated systems

  • A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline
  • Understanding of electronics hardware design and schematic capture
  • Knowledge of PCB design principles and electronic testing methods
  • Experience designing, building or testing electronic systems
  • Programming experience in C, C++, C#, Python, MATLAB or Simulink would be advantageous
