Electronics Engineer | £50-55k | Hybrid | Cambridgeshire
Are you an experienced electronics engineer who enjoys taking new products from first concept all the way through to production?
My client designs and builds innovative electromechanical systems for laboratory and industrial use. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the electronics on new products from specification and prototyping through to compliance and manufacture.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic systems and embedded firmware
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and embedded C code for microcontrollers
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems
- Support prototyping, test/debug, and ensure designs meet relevant EMC/safety compliance standards.
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years' experience.
- Proficient in PCB design (Altium/KiCAD), embedded C programming, and analog/digital circuit design.
- Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, VNAs, etc.) and electronic system debugging.
- Strong teamwork and documentation skills, with a quality - and detail-driven mindset.
