About the team and the role:
This role supports the evaluation and inspection of electronic devices in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will assess device function and condition, identify and report counterfeit items, and help ensure items are accurately represented. The role involves working independently and with managers and others across the warehouse to meet daily quality and productivity goals.
What you will accomplish:
- Run diagnostic software and perform inspections to evaluate device functionality, including battery health, carrier status, and other checks.
- Confirm that each item's description and condition are consistent with inspection results.
- Identify and report counterfeit items with clear, specific findings.
- Assess multiple electronic devices in parallel while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Meet daily quality metrics and productivity goals in a fast-paced facility environment.
- Communicate proactively with managers about daily activities, concerns, and obstacles.
- Support other areas of the warehouse as needed and adapt to changing workflows and responsibilities.

What you will bring:
- Experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, electronics inspection, refurbishment, repair, or a related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and address concerns.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows and responsibilities, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of standard operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, and Slack.
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours and in a warehouse environment; must be 18 years of age or older.
