Are you ready to down tools and fancy a change in direction?

Moving into a training role is a great way to pass on your knowledge and skills within your industry! We are currently seeking an Electronics professional with a genuine desire for people development. No training experience needed; all training will be provided by the employer.

SALARY/BENEFITS: ELECTRONICS TUTOR

  • £37,300 starting salary (Mon - Fri - no evenings or weekends)

OVERVIEW: ELECTRONICS TUTOR

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from an electronics, electrical engineering, or manufacturing background who is looking to move into education and training. Previous teaching experience is not required as full qualifications and support will be provided.

You will be delivering practical and classroom-based electronics training, supporting and mentoring learners throughout their training programme. You will need hands-on industry experience within electronics or a related field and good practical understanding of electronic components, circuits, and testing equipment along with strong communication skills and willingness to train and support learners.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: ELECTRONICS TUTOR

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as a time-served electronics engineer in a manufacturing / production / industrial environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: ELECTRONICS TUTOR

  • A level 3 (or above) electrical/electronic related qualification
  • This position is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance
