Role Description
The Elementary School Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Qatar involves planning daily instructional activities, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to meet diverse learning needs. The teacher will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage student behavior, and foster social and emotional development.

- Collaborating with colleagues and school leadership
- Communicating regularly with families
- Preparing teaching materials
- Participating in school events and professional development
Qualifications
- Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with experience working with young learners.
- Curriculum Development skills to plan, adapt, and implement effective lesson plans and learning activities.
- Communication and Education skills to collaborate with colleagues, engage families, and support student growth.
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure for elementary education.
- A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Classroom management abilities, cultural awareness, and the capacity to work effectively in a diverse, multilingual environment.
- Experience with differentiated instruction, use of educational technology, and English-language proficiency; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
