Position Overview
Clear Water Academy is accepting applications for an Elementary generalist teaching position for our Grade 5 Girls class. This is a maternity leave position for the 2026-2027 school year, commencing in the last week of November 2026.
Responsibilities & Requirements
We are looking for a qualified educator who loves working with children, is committed to academic excellence, and brings creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom. The ideal candidate will embrace our strong faith-based mission and our educational philosophy of Integral Formation®, which seeks to develop the intellectual, spiritual, human, and apostolic dimensions of each student.
As an Elementary teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of young children. Your primary responsibility is to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual growth.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong Christian posses the required teaching credentials. New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply. Previous teaching or substitute experience, as well as experience working or volunteering with children or youth, is considered an asset.
