Role Overview

At Sureserve Energy Services UK, excellence is not just an expectation; it's our standard. With a driven team of nearly 900 professionals, we are at the forefront of providing stellar asset and energy services across the UK.

You’ll play a key role in delivering operational excellence across our Electrical division, based from our Bathgate office. Combining strong technical knowledge with effective leadership, you’ll provide expert support to our engineering teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and support a team of Electrical Engineers, Surveyors, Contractors and Apprentices.
  • Monitor performance and drive high standards of productivity, quality and service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders.
  • Promote a customer-first, right-first-time approach across all activities.
  • Carry out in-progress and final quality inspections of completed works.
  • Conduct Health & Safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Plan and manage workloads to deliver work safely, on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.

Experience and Qualifications

  • City & Guilds Electrical Installation qualification and 18th Edition (18th Edition essential).
  • BS2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
  • Experience in an Electrical Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor or Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of renewable technologies, including ASHPs, Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging.
  • City & Guilds Electrical Testing qualification or NICEIC QS status desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong leadership, technical and problem-solving skills.
