About the Program:
The Fitch Elevate Program is a 9-month paid internship for school leavers (completed A Levels or equivalent) who want to start their career in a global finance business. This is designed for individuals who want to pursue a work-based route, rather than going to university. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, learn how global markets work, and build skills that can help you stand out. You’ll also get training, coaching, and support from people across Fitch.

Fitch Group Marketing Intern
As a Marketing Intern at Fitch Group, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how campaigns, events, and digital content are created and delivered. You’ll help support teams working across brand, communications, events, and marketing data. You’ll learn how marketing helps a global business connect with clients, candidates, and colleagues. This role is a great fit if you want to build creativity, confidence, communication skills, and real workplace experience.
Fitch Ratings Business Relationship Management Intern
As a Business Relationship Management Intern in Fitch Ratings, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how teams build client relationships and spot business opportunities. You’ll help support teams working across financial markets, client research, business development, and commercial strategy. As a Data Analyst Intern, you’ll work with fundamental financial data used across Fitch’s global business. You will support areas such as Country Risk and Industry Risk. You’ll help collect, check, and organise information from annual and other company reports, while building useful skills in data analysis, problem solving, teamwork, and communication. This role is a great fit if you’re curious about data, finance, accounting, technology, or how businesses make decisions.
Fitch Group – Service Desk Intern
As a Service Desk Intern at Fitch Group, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how technology support keeps a global business running. You’ll help support colleagues with everyday technology issues, including laptops, phones, Microsoft 365, and support tickets. You’ll learn how IT teams solve problems, communicate clearly, and keep people connected. This role is a great fit if you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building practical technology skills.
