A leading international law firm is seeking a 4-8 PQE Private Equity Associate to join its market-leading Corporate practice in London.
The team advises leading private equity sponsors and financial investors on complex, high-value transactions across the full investment lifecycle.
Role Description
The role will involve a broad range of private equity work, including:
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Investments
- Joint ventures
- Portfolio company transactions
