Role Description

Elite Level Trainers at Morph deliver high-quality, online or in person training sessions for clients on the platform or at our London locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting individual assessments
  • Movement screenings
  • Small-group workouts
  • Assessing client fitness levels
  • Developing tailored training plans based on goals and abilities

Trainers provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and motivation, ensuring safe and effective exercise technique and progression. The role also involves using the Morph app and digital tools to track client progress, support hybrid training models, and contribute to content or programming ideas. Elite Level Trainers collaborate with other team members to refine training standards, participate in continuous learning, and help shape a positive, inclusive client experience.

  • Strong expertise in fitness coaching, including program design, movement assessment, and safe exercise instruction.
  • Experience delivering one-on-one and small-group training sessions in a gym or studio environment.
  • Ability to use digital tools and apps to monitor progress, schedule sessions, and communicate with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills, with a focus on encouragement and clear guidance.
  • Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, strength and conditioning, sports science) and ongoing professional development.
  • Proven ability to work full-time on-site in London, managing a dynamic schedule and maintaining punctuality and reliability.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and fitness levels, with an inclusive and non-judgmental approach.
  • Background in health, wellness, or performance coaching is beneficial; experience contributing to training content or programming is a plus.
