An elite US law firm is seeking a financial services regulatory associate to join its London practice, with ideally at least 6 years PQE.
The role sits at the intersection of financial services regulation and structured finance, with a particular focus on the regulatory aspects of securitisations and related transactions. The team advises sophisticated market participants on UK and EU requirements, including the increasingly complex interaction between the two regimes.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial services regulatory experience, coupled with demonstrable exposure to securitisation or structured finance transactions. You should be comfortable navigating detailed UK and EU regulatory frameworks and applying them to sophisticated transactional structures, with the ability to provide clear, commercially relevant advice to clients and transaction teams.
