Greater Manchester/ Remote Working Available
A well-established and growing claimant law firm is seeking an experienced EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its expanding personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience handling Occupiers' Liability, Employers' Liability and Public Liability matters to take ownership of a quality caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of EL/PL/OL claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, delivering excellent client service throughout the litigation process.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling OL/EL/PL claims
- Strong technical knowledge across Employers' Liability, Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability matters
- Experience managing claims from inception to conclusion, including trial preparation where required
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Confident using case management systems and legal technology
- Strong organisational and file management abilities
