About the Role
A Senior Associate to join our Corporate Finance team in Lead Advisory & Restructuring. You will have experience of commercial and financial analysis, ideally with an M&A background. You’ll be working with a highly motivated team of specialist corporate financiers to support our clients from deal origination to execution.
As a Senior Associate you’ll be working across our chosen subsectors and play a key role in the day-to-day management of transactions including being responsible for delivery of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications.
The Corporate Finance team combines deep industry knowledge and transaction experience to advise on all aspects of corporate finance M&A as well as Real Estate advisory. We are a global team, working across FS, EURI, RESI, TMT, RCL, IPS and Healthcare. We offer a great platform for someone to learn further and develop through real transactional experience in a growing and ambitious team.
What your days will look like
As a Senior Associate, you’ll be working on the execution of buy-side and sell-side transactions in our Healthcare team. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of transactions including being responsible for delivery of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications.

Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day management of transactions which includes responsibility as a key contact for clients on a day-to-day basis on transactions. Data tape / modelling work including financial modelling such as DCF analysis
- Coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
- Project managing transactions and liaising with multiple parties. Financial modelling and analysis of transactions
- Preparation and coordination of project deliverables

- Business development activities including identification and targeting of potential opportunities, and developing a strong personal network of contacts.
This role is for you if
- Excellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyse data quickly. Ability to undertake detailed financial / commercial analysis for inclusion in client reports. Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Demonstrable interest and experience in the banking and lending sector. Ideally some experience in an M&A with expertise in managing deals
- Strong written skills with demonstrable experience of producing high quality, tailored documents
- Client focus, with the ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships. Ability to work with a range of clients from entrepreneurs to funds to corporates
- The self-confidence/appetite to be involved in business development activities. Ability to develop, coach and motivate junior members of the team
