We're looking for an email designer who can produce excellent, high-converting emails at speed for a roster of fast-growing ecommerce brands around the world.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves building smart systems and shipping brilliant work. If you prefer slow, one-off bespoke pieces, this isn't the role. If producing excellent work at pace is your idea of a good day, keep reading.
What you'll do:
- Design high-converting campaign and flow emails to a consistently high standard.
- Build and maintain a template system for each client, so work can be turned around quickly without the quality ever slipping.
- Hit quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment, where speed matters as much as polish.
- Take the copy you're given and design around it so the email flows, guides the eye and drives action, rather than just looking nice. You understand image and text placement, hierarchy, and what belongs above the fold.
- Work across a range of exciting ecommerce brands worldwide, adapting to each one's audience.
- Own your output and manage your own workload. You're a self-starter, not someone who needs their hand held.

What we're looking for:
- A portfolio that shows real craft and range across ecommerce email.
- Confident and quick in Figma and Photoshop.
- A real grasp of the marketing behind email, so you know why a layout converts, not just that it looks good.
- A systems thinker who reaches for repeatable templates and processes rather than reinventing every email.
- An excellent command of English, both British and American. You won't be writing copy, but you need to read the nuance in it: why an email flows the way it does, why the copy is punctuated and emphasised the way it is, so your design reflects and amplifies it.
- Calm and sharp under a fast pace, and reliable on deadlines.
