Summary

The Liberal Party of Canada is seeking an Email Engagement Coordinator for an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff to support Mark Carney and our Liberal team as we work to keep building a stronger Canada.

You’ll be maintaining the party’s voice across various types of marketing content including emails, web copy, and SMS messages. You’ll be testing content to determine what works best and analyzing results to form data-driven insights to build future engagement and fundraising campaigns.

In this role, you’ll be telling stories from across Canada, sharing information about the Liberal Party to our supporters, growing grassroots fundraising support, and offering new and innovative ways for Canadians to engage with the Liberal Party online.

From conception to deployment, you’re the writer, the architect, and inspector for LPC email and SMS campaigns. You’ll produce top-notch content while working on the cutting edge of digital political engagement and grassroots fundraising.

What you’ll be doing

  • Write digitally-engaging marketing copy for fundraising and communications campaigns that inspires supporters to take action (donation campaigns, mobilization efforts, surveys, and more).
  • Tell the Liberal Party’s story in a personable and creative way while frequently adapting your writing style to the organization’s voice and message.
  • Execute your ideas from start to finish using the latest digital marketing tools and coding emails using HTML and CSS templates to build and edit campaigns.
  • Build and optimize single-send emails, text messages, as well as marketing automation/journeys.
  • Diligently review and test content to meet the Party’s digital communications standards.
  • Use CRM tools to build audiences, report on campaigns, and use your findings to make data-driven campaign decisions.
  • Assist with drafting various other types of digital content including landing pages, donate pages, SMS campaigns, and blog posts.
  • Work with LPC’s graphic design team to create compelling visual experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
