Central Employment are working closely with a fast growing Performance Marketing & Search agency, as they look to appoint an Email Marketing Campaign Lead (Klayvio).
Stockton-on-Tees, 2 days a week
Up to £40,000 DOE + benefits

Email Marketing Campaign Lead (Klayvio) profile:
We're looking for a Klaviyo Campaign Lead to join their dedicated Klaviyo team. You will take ownership of strategy and delivery for a set portfolio of clients. This role is for someone who loves getting under the skin of a client's business, understands how email fits into the wider retention picture and can drive results with confidence.
- You'll be client-facing, commercially aware and capable of running end-to-end Klaviyo campaigns with the support of your teammates and our wider agency.
- You will be a Klaviyo expert with great knowledge of the solution and experience building campaigns and flows across email, SMS and beyond.
- Critically, you need to be able to hit the ground running. We need someone with real, direct Klaviyo experience who can take full ownership of clients accounts, from inception, delivery and performance.

Email Marketing Campaign Lead (Klaviyo) experience:
- Proven experience in an agency or in-house email marketing role, with a track record of results
- 2/3 yrs experience in using Klayvio - essential
- The ability to strategise, project manage and implement
- Strong knowledge of lifecycle marketing: flows, segmentation, campaigns and how they work together
- Confidence working across multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing competing priorities
- Comfortable in client-facing situations - presenting strategies, reviewing performance, building trust
- A solid grasp of email deliverability, list hygiene and compliance
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms integrated with Klaviyo
- An analytical mindset - you can read performance data, find the story and act on it
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A self-starting mindset.
