Department: Global CRM

Reporting to: Global CRM Senior Email Marketing Manager

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of our global email marketing activity across key revenue-driving markets.

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the end-to-end email process — from planning and briefing through to QA, and reporting. Working closely with Global Trade, Content, Creative, Design and Regional teams, you will ensure that our email communications are delivered on time, to an exceptional standard and in line with our luxury brand positioning.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a genuine interest in luxury fashion and digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Global Email Planning & Calendar Management

  • Own and maintain the global email marketing calendar across key revenue-driving markets, ensuring all activity is strategically planned and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with Global Trade, Content, Design, CRM and Regional teams to align email activity with commercial priorities, product launches, campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Coordinate and manage outlet and retail email activity, working closely with regional teams to improve the cadence, consistency and quality of sends.
  • Ensure email activity is balanced across commercial, brand, editorial and customer-led communications.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the frequency, timing and sequencing of email communications across markets.

End-to-End Email Delivery

  • Manage the email process from initial brief through to final deployment, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timings, content and requirements.
  • Liaise with Global Trade, Content and Design teams to develop compelling, on-brand email campaigns.
  • Create clear and comprehensive content and creative briefs, ensuring teams have all the information required to deliver high-quality assets.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the email workflow/process tool, ensuring briefs, approvals, assets and deadlines are clearly tracked.
  • Ensure the email production process is followed consistently and efficiently across teams and markets.
  • Proactively identify potential delays or issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.

Email QA & Deployment

  • Own the final Q&A/QA process for all email campaigns prior to deployment.
  • Check that emails render correctly across relevant devices, browsers and email clients.
  • Ensure all content, imagery, product information, pricing, CTAs and links are correct and aligned with the approved brief.
  • Check tracking, UTM parameters, personalisation, segmentation and other campaign requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate test sends and manage sign-off with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly during high-volume trading periods.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
