About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Email Marketing & Campaign Coordinator to lead both our B2C and B2B email strategies. This is a hands on role split between driving retention, CRM, and lifecycle marketing for our consumer audiences, while also managing high impact B2B email campaigns that support lead generation across sectors such as PBSA, BTR, boutique hotels, and care environments.

About Get Laid Beds

We’re a Leicester-based manufacturer with a growing global reach. Since 2012, we’ve grown from start-up to multi-million-pound brand by focusing on what matters: craftsmanship, quality and doing things properly. If you're ready to be part of our journey, we’d love to hear from you. There’s plenty of room to grow and no shortage of support around you.

B2C Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email strategies aligned with broader CRM and retention goals.
  • Build, manage, and optimise automated workflows (welcome series, abandonment flows, re-engagement, etc.) in Klaviyo.
  • Deliver flows and campaigns to nurture inactive contacts, keeping them warm and engaged with the brand with the view of delivering future revenue.
  • Deliver list building initiatives while ensuring subscriber health and GDPR compliance.
  • Create advanced segmentation models and data led personalisation to maximise engagement.
  • Own campaign planning, briefing, setup, testing, and execution.
  • Track KPIs (deliverability, open/click rates, conversions, ROI), report regularly, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure email campaigns are on brand, well designed, and driving measurable results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
