OVERVIEW
The Email Marketing Executive’s responsibilities lie in the building, testing and sending of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring all campaign deployment deadlines are met and executed to a consistently high standard. They should possess impeccable attention to detail along with good communication skills, and work well under pressure. As well as demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow to provide the best customer experience.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. This includes ensuring emails and SMS are accurately built, thoroughly tested, and delivered on schedule, with post-campaign reporting.
- Use Ometria to build emails using the supplied Boden templates
- Ensure all emails are correctly tagged for tracking and reporting purposes
- Maintain operational excellence across CRM delivery, consistently delivering high first time QA pass rates and ensuring accuracy across all email and SMS campaigns.
- Render test across multiple email clients (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook etc) and browsers (e.g. IE, Firefox, Chrome plus their versions)
- Liaise with stakeholders from the business to ensure marketing comms contain in stock product and are linking to the correct destination
- Deploy emails based on email schedule
- Build customer segments within the ESP as briefed
- Ensuring all sends are completed fully after scheduling
- Enhance CRM templates and operational processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
- Identify new email best practices

- Some experience of using ESP platforms
- Eager to learn and grow, with the drive to pick things up quickly and build on feedback
- Basic HTML understanding (nice to have)
