Description

We’re looking for an Email & CRM Executive to join our busy and passionate team to help bring our customer communications to life.

Reporting to the Email & CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising retention marketing activity. From building campaigns and writing engaging copy to digging into performance data and spotting new opportunities, you’ll have the chance to make a real commercial impact.

If you’re commercially minded, love great marketing and enjoy getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring the email strategy to life including supporting our testing and optimisation programme.
  • Own the end-to-end email process, from campaign planning and product selection through to build, QA and deployment — making sure every campaign goes out on time and to the highest standard.
  • Write engaging, on-brand email copy and brief the creative team with clear, inspiring campaign requirements.
  • Use data to drive decisions, selecting products and content that will maximise customer engagement, revenue and profitability.
  • Track, analyse and share performance, producing weekly and monthly reports using data from our ESP and reporting tools and turning results into actionable insights.
  • Keep an eye on the competition, staying up to date with competitor emails, promotions and activity and sharing ideas and recommendations with the wider team.
  • Support CRM analytics, getting stuck into ad hoc reporting and analysis to help us better understand our customers and improve performance.
  • Spot opportunities to test, learn and improve, bringing fresh ideas to how we communicate with our customers.
  • Collaborating with different teams across the business from our graphic designers to trade managers and sharing useful and relevant insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
