About the Role

Our client is looking for a Customer Campaign Manager to take ownership of the delivery of their customer email campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning a process end to end: from scheduling and build, right through to QA, approval, and post-campaign analysis.

You'll work closely with account directors to plan and build campaign strategy, and you'll report directly into the CTO, giving you real visibility and influence over how the campaign function runs and improves over time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working with account directors to plan and build campaign strategy
  • Owning the schedule for all campaigns across clients
  • Building, testing, and sending campaigns, with full control of proofing, sign-off, and version control
  • Using analytics, A/B testing, and post-campaign learning to continuously improve effectiveness
  • Creating and maintaining QA checklists and build standards
  • Managing campaigns within agreed scope, flagging additional or chargeable work where needed
  • Working with data analysts and engineers on list hygiene, deliverability, and sender reputation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
