Public Service provider is looking to recruit an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of email as a strategic lead generation and nurture channel. Specifically someone with experience from consumer – healthcare services, education, charity or related.

This is for an expert in customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and audience engagement. You'll design and optimise sophisticated email programmes that guide prospects through long-consideration decision-making processes, ensuring they receive the right message at the right time.

Hybrid working – 3 days on site and 2 from home.

The Role

As Email Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising email nurture strategies that drive engagement, lead generation and conversion. Working closely with marketing, content, paid media and operational teams, you'll create highly targeted and compliant email journeys that improve audience engagement and maximise conversion opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

Highly organised and process-driven email marketing professional who enjoys creating automated customer journeys that deliver measurable results.

  • Demonstrate experience in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation gained in a consumer focused role
  • Proven experience building and managing automated nurture journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing email compliance, consent and data governance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance and optimisation.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and applying insights to improve engagement and conversion
