Email Marketing Manager

About the Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join a growing luxury retail organisation with a highly established and loyal customer base.
The business has experienced significant growth across its ecommerce and mail order operations since 2021, with customers spanning a broad geographic and demographic profile. Its loyal customer base extends internationally, particularly across the US, with customers who value high-quality products and, equally importantly, an exceptional level of personal service.
As the customer journey continues to evolve, the organisation is investing in technology to enhance that personal connection rather than replace it. A new digital platform has recently been introduced, providing greater opportunities around personalisation, segmentation, targeting and marketing efficiency.
About the Role
This is a key role within the Mail Order and Ecommerce Management Team, working closely with the Head of Ecommerce and Content Manager to help shape and deliver the wider digital marketing strategy. You will take ownership of the email marketing function, developing and delivering campaigns that engage customers throughout their journey while ensuring the brand’s high standards are reflected across every digital interaction. You will be naturally inquisitive about the future of AI, automation and emerging technology, with the ability to identify where new technology can genuinely improve customer engagement, efficiency and commercial performance. This is a high-performing team, and as the digital function continues to grow, maintaining and continually improving the customer experience will be central to the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
