The platform is designed to streamline email hygiene workflows so marketing teams can focus on strategy and content rather than manual list maintenance. Mail Ward supports data-driven, high-performing email campaigns and empowers organizations to get more value from their marketing technology investments.

Role

The Email Marketing Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing, and performance analysis. The Email Marketing Manager will manage email marketing tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, and ensure that sender reputation and deliverability best practices are applied consistently. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining clean and compliant mailing lists, reporting on campaign KPIs, implementing lifecycle and nurture programs, and identifying opportunities to drive lead generation and customer retention through email.

  • Strong Marketing Automation skills with experience designing, implementing, and optimizing email workflows and triggers.
  • Broad Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance measurement.
  • Lead Generation experience using email and related digital channels to qualify prospects and drive conversions.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and integrating email campaigns with customer data and lifecycle stages.
  • Hands-on experience with email service providers (ESPs) and tools such as Klaviyo or similar platforms, including deliverability and sender reputation best practices.
  • Ability to interpret analytics, build reports, and make data-informed decisions to improve campaign results.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail in proofreading and QA of email content and templates.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating strong time management, collaboration, and self-direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
