Role Description
The Email Marketing Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the Email Marketing Manager will plan, build, and optimize email campaigns that support user acquisition, engagement, and retention, including automated journeys, newsletters, and lifecycle communications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing email calendars
- Segmenting audiences
- A/B testing subject lines and content
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Ensuring brand consistency and compliance with relevant regulations
The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align messaging with customer needs, enhancing conversion rates and overall customer experience across the digital health journey.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing to develop and implement effective email strategies aligned with broader campaign goals.
- Practical experience with Marketing Automation tools to design, launch, and optimize email workflows and lifecycle campaigns.
- Lead Generation skills to create and refine email campaigns that drive sign-ups, conversions, and ongoing engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities to manage audience segmentation, maintain accurate data, and personalize communication at scale.
- Relevant experience in email marketing within digital health, healthcare, or regulated industries is beneficial, including familiarity with data protection and privacy standards.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign performance data, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to craft clear, empathetic, and compliant messaging for diverse audiences.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
