Lifecycle Marketing Manager
House of Bruar | Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract
A Rare Opportunity to Lead a Thriving Email & Lifecycle Marketing Team
We're looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our busy team, managing a large database and a packed marketing calendar that brings our full product range to life for customers.
This is a genuinely exciting time to join us. We are investing heavily in personalisation and micro-segmentation with a cutting-edge AI driven platform, taking our email targeting and journey planning to the next level. Our international expansion with the US is now also driving strong revenue and opening up future opportunities for growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of 3, delivering targeted email campaigns several times a week
- Managing automated, triggered emails across the customer journey
- Owning customer lifecycle flows that extend into all channels
- Driving forward our personalisation and micro-segmentation strategy
- Supporting our international growth, particularly in the US market
- Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce and Content Manager as a key member of the Mail Order and Ecommerce Management Team, helping shape and deliver our digital marketing strategy

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing an email marketing function, ideally with people management experience
- A strong track record with large databases, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume email environment
- A collaborative approach — you'll be working across teams and channels
- Retail or ecommerce background preferred
