About Favoured

Favoured is a digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through data-driven strategies and innovative thinking. We're looking for a Conversion Specialist who can turn insights into action and drive measurable results for our clients.

The Role

We're seeking a Conversion Specialist to join our team and own the performance of our clients' digital ecosystems. You'll be the strategic mind behind conversion rate optimisation, identifying gaps, building new strategies, and executing campaigns that move the needle. This is a hands-on role where you'll blend strategic thinking with practical execution—and work directly with clients to make it happen.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement conversion strategies across app and ecommerce products, spotting opportunities others miss and turning them into revenue.
  • Proactively monitor performance, report on what's working (and what isn't), and continuously optimise to improve results.
  • Be deeply embedded in the tech stack - not just using the tools, but truly understanding how they work together.
  • Guide clients through setting up tracking events, configuring platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring their infrastructure supports the strategies you're building.
  • Regularly analyse user behaviour across various analytics tools to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the media buying team to understand how acquisition strategies are affecting the quality of users entering your mid-funnel audiences, ensuring alignment between what's coming in and what you're optimising for.
  • Write, design and build campaigns and automatons including emails, push notifications, and other customer communications that convert.
  • Present strategies, walk through performance reports, train client teams on their tech stack, and collaborate directly with them to align on priorities and execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
