About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for executing and optimising email and CRM activities that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support overall business growth. You will own email reporting, testing, and optimisation, as well as support segmentation and lead nurture campaigns across key customer and candidate journeys.

Email Health & Reporting
- Own email reporting including benchmarking and reviewing performance metrics (engagement, deliverability, and database health) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve email effectiveness and data quality.
Email Optimisation
- Maintain a structured testing framework to continuously optimise campaign performance.
- Build and execute email campaigns, ensuring accuracy through a strong quality control (QC) process.
- Own the end-to-end email marketing plan and calendar, coordinating communications across all team functions to ensure timely, aligned, and effective campaign delivery.
- Suggest improvements to the email plan and campaign calendar based on performance insights.
Lead Generation & Nurture
- Build and deliver engaging email communications to support lead nurture and re-engagement programs.
- Provide input on messaging hierarchy and creative execution for key journeys, including candidate and client journeys, reactivation campaigns, win-back flows, and data cleanliness initiatives.
Segmentation
- Build and manage segmented, personalised email communications to improve relevance and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in email marketing or CRM execution (experience with HubSpot or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Strong written communication and project management skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Data-driven mindset and curiosity to test, learn, and improve.
